We are members of the Ombudsman Service – Property.  Their service has been approved by the Government as a redress scheme and they provide an independent review, assessment and outcome to complaints.  Arrow Leasehold Management has never had a formal complaint raised by any one of our customers.

We are members of the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration No. A1009754) which means you can be confident that any information we hold is managed safely and correctly in line with the ICO’s regulations.

We have Public Liability insurance, Professional Indemnity insurance & Employer Liability Insurance.

Arrow is registered in England Company No. 07821641.

We follow and adhere to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Residential Service Charge Code.
