Arrow Leasehold Management was founded in 2011 by the current Managing Director, Bernadette Rose. Our team has over 50 years combined experience in the property management industry.
We are a family business with two generations working within the company and we really care about our customers. Arrow is a business, but we are also building a legacy for the long-term future of our team and customers.
Due to the demand for our services, we have expanded our geographical area of operation and now cover London, Home Counties, Southeast & South Coast of England.
We focus 100% in delivering high-quality block management services to private residential developments. This is all we do; Arrow only works for leaseholders, the people who pay the service charge! This includes Right to Manage, Resident Management Companies and leaseholders who have purchased the freeholder (enfranchised).
Communication and trust are paramount in our relationship with our clients and we are fully committed to maintaining a positive partnership. The founder, Managing Director Bernadette is passionate about high service standards, and she is committed to ensuring that the best possible services are provided by the team that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
What makes us different?
We have and continue to campaign for leaseholders’ rights. This resulted in our Managing Director, Bernadette Rose, receiving an invitation to join the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister Private Sector Leasehold Working Group which developed and brought in the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002 which included the new Right to Manage legislation and is why leaseholders today can choose to go Right to Manage and have more rights than they have ever had in any time in history.

- We do not take any commission on the contract services provided and there are no hidden costs. Some managing agents receive a commission for arranging the buildings insurance, utility contracts, maintenance etc. but we use this to negotiate the price down to achieve maximum savings for our customers without compromising services.
- We do not tie ourselves to any contractors/suppliers and complete due diligence on all contractors before they are placed on our approved list.
- Our customers have named staff so we can build a positive relationship and customers speak direct to the team when they contact us.
- We are so confident in our services we offer all our clients a no quibble guarantee in the management agreement.
- We provide monthly finance report to each client, so they are kept fully up to date and informed about income and expenditure as it happens, not after the event!
We have a unique Customer Panel that new clients can contact direct to obtain independent and impartial references on Arrow and the services we provide.
