Grant Scott
Co-Founder/Director
Grant founded Arrow along with Bernie Rose in 2011 coming from a long career in property services. Grant leads the team in contract services and is a stickler for detail! Grant loves history which means he loves doing things in the old way, so we have had to drag him in to the 21st century but he puts up a good fight! He is the only West Ham fan in the team, so he’s used to being let down!
Bernie Rose
Co-Founder/Managing Director
Bernie founded Arrow along with Grant Scott in 2011 as she was determined to provide a different service that works directly for leaseholders. Bernie has a career spanning 37 years in the property sector including the last 30 dedicated to leasehold management. Bernie loves Arsenal and all things nature and is passionate about animal welfare and supporting Arrow’s main charity Remus Horse Sanctuary. It’s fair to say her favourite employee is Olly, Arrow’s mascot closely followed by Frank!
Olly & Frank
Team Mascots
Olly, now 14, founded Arrow along with Grant and Bernie back in 2011 and took up his position as team mascot. Frank joined up with Olly 3 years ago and together they keep a watchful eye over the team and are best friends. They are very driven (by food), work hard (on toys) and have a lot of energy (for walks). Arrow would not be the same without them!
Jade Barter
Finance Manager
Jade joined Arrow in 2019 and has worked in the insurance and finance sector for a decade. Jade brings a huge amount of experience in dealing with insurance and finance matters and is the proud mother to a dachshund who has more Instagram followers than the rest of the office combined. Jade is also an avid baker and the team loves nothing more than when she has found a new recipe to conquer and we get to taste.
Lauren Southon
Estates Administrative Assistant
Lauren joined Arrow in 2026 as our Estates Administrative Assistant and has quickly settled into the team, helping to keep the estates team organised and making sure the wheels keep turning behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Lauren is a huge horror movie fan, loves escaping to Greece for some much-needed sunshine and recently took things up a level by galivanting around Hollywood with the stars. We’re still waiting to hear exactly which A-listers she befriended, but she has returned to Arrow and normal life remarkably well!
When she’s not mixing with Hollywood royalty, she can usually be found planning the next getaway or deciding which horror film to watch next.
Bradley Scott
Head of Leasehold Retirement & Compliance
Bradley joined Arrow in 2021, he has years of experience working in the housing industry having previously worked at a large housing association in the South East of England & London, Bradley also hosts a movie podcast which he is very passionate about and could talk to you about movies for hours, in addition Bradley also plays football at the weekends and does his best to avoid injuries… not always successfully.
Sean Scott
Head of Operations
Sean joined Arrow in 2015 and previously worked for a large housing association in London, as well as previously working for a local council, a role he held for several years. Sean is an avid fan of Arsenal and moods often dictated by that of the weekends result.
Lily Clipson
Estates Manager
Lily joined Arrow in 2023 and has become an important part of the team, bringing a friendly, approachable manner and a real focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.
Having previously worked for a fashion brand, Lily came to Arrow already well accustomed to dealing with high expectations – something that has certainly prepared her well for the world of leasehold management!
Her hard work, commitment and development within the company were recognised in 2026 when she was promoted to Estates Manager, a thoroughly deserved step up and a reflection of the contribution she continues to make to Arrow and the estates she looks after.
Away from work, Lily can regularly be found escaping to Ibiza with friends, enjoying the sunshine, and making the rest of the Arrow team suitably jealous…
Gary Scott
Finance Systems Analyst
Gary joined Arrow in 2016 and loves travelling the world, where Gary has mastered several languages and can speak fluent Balinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and a few others! He climbs any mountain he sets his eyes on, often without the proper equipment but nonetheless his videos make for interesting viewing…
Terri Scott
Administration Assistant
Joined Arrow full time in July 2025 following a very successful three-month work experience period. Originally joining us as a Trainee Estates Administrator, Terri has now successfully completed her training and progressed into her new role as Administration Assistant. She has become an integral and valued member of the team, making a fantastic contribution to both our colleagues and customers. Terri’s enthusiasm, commitment, and positive attitude have made her a real asset to Arrow, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team.
