This service is offered where Arrow manages the block/estate but can be provided as a stand-alone service to any client requiring a Company Secretary service.
As well as the day to day management of the development we can also provide a comprehensive company secretarial service, including:
- Arranging General Meetings including AGM
- Preparing and sending notice of AGM
- Attending AGM/minutes/distribution
- Provision of Company Accounts
- Issuing of share certificates
- Completing annual Confirmation Statement at Companies House
- Updating records at Companies House
